Continuous band-shaped nickel foam

Continuous band-shaped nickel foam is the first domestically madeproduct with independent intellectual property. It is listed as national “863” major breakthrough project, national major new product and Hunan first-batch ten billion program. The technical performance indexes of the products are ahead of world leading level. It has been recognized by many domestic large manufacturers and famous foreign battery enterprises and supplied productstothem in bulk.

Punched nickel-plated steel band

Punched nickel-plated steel band is a national major new product and an extensively used battery current collection material due to its good performance and low cost. It is mainly applied for the manufacturing of Ni-MH battery, Ni-Cd battery for tools, military sintering battery and electrode plate of storage battery for rail transport.

Battery for civil use

Ni-MH battery for civil use

Ni-MH battery can have more than 500 times of charging and discharge, which makes it economical and durable. It has high power storage, relatively light weight, and longer service life and can be rapidly charged.

Ni-MH low self-discharge battery

It allows the instant use upon purchase and has low self-discharge. The battery capacity will remain more than 80% after 1-year storage. The long service life can allow 1,000-2,000 times of normal use. It is environment-friendly and has no memory effect.

Conventional Ni-MH battery

It has long service life and many times of use. The normal use can be for 500-1,000 times. It can endure overcharge and the battery of 0.1C and below can be continuously charged for one year.

High-rate Ni-MH battery

The highest discharge current reaches 30A. The cycle life is for more than 500 times and the cycle life of the long-life high-rate battery is for more than 1,000 times. It can be used normally in the environment of -20~50℃.

NCM Series

NCM battery series are economical, durable and light, can be used in a wide range of temperatures, and have low self-discharge rate, stable structure and high specific capacity.

Lithium polymer series

Lithium polymer battery series are economic and durable. The voltage platform of a single cell is 3.6~3.8V. Lithium cobalt oxide series: Lithium cobalt oxide battery is economical, durable, and light with high-energy density, low self-discharge rate, high specific capacity, and prominent comprehensive performance, and can be used in a wide range of temperatures. The nominal voltage is 3.7V.

Lithium cobalt oxide battery is economic, durable, and light with high-energy density, low self-discharge rate, high specific capacity, and prominent comprehensive performance, and can be used in a wide range of temperatures. The nominal voltage is 3.7V.

Lithium primary battery

Lithium primary battery is economic, durable, and light with high energy density, high voltage, stability, and long time for storage, and can be used in a wide range of temperatures.

Lithium iron phosphate series

Lithium iron phosphate battery series are economical and durable, with high power output, stable electric property, good consistency, and low self-discharge rate, and can be used in a wide range of temperatures. The nominal voltage is 3.2V.

6 battery cells in series have a nominal voltage of 7.2V, a capacity of 6,000mAh, a weight of 1.02kg, a specific energy of 40 Wh/kg, the range of temperatures for use of -30℃-55℃, the maximum charge current of 120A, the maximum discharge current of 150A, and the cycle life of 3,000 times.

Oil cooling pack

The battery pack adopts heat dissipation medium of high voltage and pyrolysis resistant liquid for heat dissipation design, to make major technical breakthrough in the heat dissipation evenness of the battery, compared to air cooling structure.

Battery energy pack

20 modules in series have a nominal voltage of 144V, a capacity of 6000mAh, a weight of 35Kg, a maximum specific power of 660W/kg, and the range of temperatures for use of -30℃-55℃.

Public bus battery energy pack

384 modules in parallel and series have a nominal voltage of 345.6V, a capacity of 48,000mAh, a weight of 600Kg, the maximum specific power of 346W/kg, the range of temperatures for use of -30℃-55℃, the maximum charge current of 600A, the maximum discharge current of 600A, and the service life of 2,000 times.

216 modules in series have a nominal voltage of 259.2V, a capacity of 36,000mAh, a weight of 300Kg, a maximum specific power of 31.1W/kg, the range of temperatures for use of -30℃-55℃, the maximum charge current of 120A, the maximum discharge current of 150A, and the service life of 3,000 times.
